The "Food-culture" has changed the past decade. The international trade, travels, and the technological development has given us access to new material and tastes. Norwegians has started to go back to our roots, the past years. The new knowledge has shown the rich culture and traditions that we need to take care of, and a common responsibility to bring on to new generations.
This cookbook brings you on a culinary journey starting in the capitol, continuing along the coast to Kristiansand and ends up all the way on the top North in Norway.
The recipes is based on Norwegian ingredients, and are meant to be prepared in a regular kitchen; and the ingredients should be available both in Norwegian and foreign food-stores.
