"Gjetosten" or "Brunosten" is a "must have" for all Norwegians abroad. Made of wey, cream, goat's milk, and pasteurised cow's milk.

This is the best Gjost.....Brought it to church for a
church dinner and it was enjoyed by all. Still have
memories of our children being given special "taste
treats" on a Sunday evening by there Dad. Hr had a very special sweet tooth and taste for this cheese. My daughters still get it for a "taste treat".
