Synnøve Gulost is a mild and good yellow cheese, and the family cheese no.1 in Norway. It is soft and has a mild, aromatic and slightly acidic taste. The cheese is a classic on pizza or on a slice of bread, but is just as natural in pasta dishes, pies, soups and sauces.
